His corporate experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Premiere Technologies (NASDAQ-PTEK) where he managed a worldwide sales organization, and executive level sales management with Centigram Communications Corp. (NASDAQ-CGRM) and ROLM, an IBM Telecommunications subsidiary.

Mr. Custer, is a managing partner with Arc Capital and CEO of Kinderstreet, an early childhood development administrative solution. Mr. Custer is an education technology entrepreneur successfully building 5 companies for acquisition. Mr. Custer is a frequent speaker at education technology leadership events and former chairman of both the e-business and education division of the Software Information Industry Association.

Mr. Falls is the CEO of Electracash, an electronic check processing company. Mr. Falls has 35 years of experience in bank operations, information technology, and financial management, and has held senior management positions at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Mr. Falls is a recognized payment expert, having testified on payment-related issues before both the House and Senate Banking Committees of the U.S. Congress.
