Vendors that provide products and services to parents or students via K12 schools may join The School Payment Network and open a whole new world of opportunity.  Joining the network allows your company to be an "payee" when selected by any of the schools in our network.  When you are a "payee", you may present your solutions for electronic payment via any schools using any of our branded solutions.  Everyone wins:

  • Schools are relieved of managing your payments manually
  • Parents enjoy making your payment via the same interface they make all other school payments
  • Parents and schools mantain an electronic receipt of the transaction, thereby reducing customer service issues surrounding the transaction
  • Vendors receive payments sooner, as payments settle directly to your business account

Vendors may select from two programs:

    School Payment Network Access Program 
    The SPN Access Program gives your solution reach into our network of schools and relieves both schools and parents from maintaining multiple eCommerce accounts for their school payments.  This is a great option for vendors that already have their own eCommerce solution. 

    Costs:    $300 annual fee
                   Electronic check transactions - 50 cents + 3/4%
                   Qualified VISA/MASTERCARD- 2.69% + 30 cents

    Total eCommerce Solution
    For those vendors looking to leverage eCommerce for all their payment needs, our Total eCommerce Solution will not only give you access to our network, but also provide you with an eCommerce solution that serves all your payment needs.

    Costs:     $200 annual fee + $15 monthly fee
                   Electronic check transactions - 65 cents
                   Qualified VISA/MASTERCARD- 2.69% + 30 cents
